Please keep in minde when purchasing a pin, that all pins are handmade, and therefore will never be 100% flawless.
I can not guarantee any pin will be entirely without flaws.
GRADING POLICY:
STANDARD GRADE:
Best quality of the batch.
Minimal flaws but not visible at arm's length. May have small imperfections at close examination.
B GRADE:
May have small flaws visible to the eye. Does have small imperfections at close examination.
REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY:
PLEASE NOTE:
Upon receiving your pin you have 4 days to inspect the product and may return or exchange the item if needed. Requests beyond this time frame will not be returnable or deemable for exchange.
I'm not reliable for stolen or lost packages.
REFUND:
Please be aware that refunds in certain cases will be issued minus any transaction fees which do not get refunded on my end. Refund will be issued once i received the returned pin. Customer will be responsible for all shipping cost for returns. However, if there is an issue that is my fault, the full amount will be refunded.
EXCHANGES:
Will only be accepted for standard grade pins that have been majorly damaged in transit. Will be shipped once I received the exchanged pin. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. Please note, these pins are LE, and an exchange may not be possible, when that happens please refere to refurnd policies.
SHIPPING:
In-hand orders ship out within 3-4 business days.
